All items returned to us for a refund or exchange must be in sell-able condition. This means the items are still in new condition without scuffs, scratches, stains, smells etc. Items must still have the original packaging, parts, accessories, instructions, and tags. Items returned not in sell-able condition will only receive a partial refund or in extreme circumstances returned to sender.
The 30-day time return period starts once you receive your order.
Items that are damaged, missing parts, not in the original condition, or have obvious signs of use for reasons not due to an error of ActionHeat will receive a refund of up to 50% of the items price.
Open box items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Refunds will be issued back to the payment method used to place the order.
